Banana and Chocolate Chip Bread
I must admit that I am a little excited when I see my bananas start to have these pretty little black spots on the skin. That means the bananas are getting extremely ripe, which is exactly what I need for my amazing banana and chocolate chip bread recipe.
I have been perfecting this sweet and delicious banana bread recipe with chocolate chips for about a year, and I can tell you that this recipe is beyond perfection.
If you follow my instructions and use very ripe bananas, you really can't go wrong with this recipe.
My chocolate chip banana bread is so dense and moist on the inside, and the baked top perfectly browned on top. Make sure to keep some of your mini chocolate chips to sprinkle on top of the bread, as this will give it a very nice finish on top.
I have also found that sprinkling granulated sugar on top with the chocolate chips gives the top a nice extra-sweet flavor and texture.
Oh, and before you forget, if you like quick and succulent bread recipes, don't miss my blueberry zucchini bread and this amazing pumpkin bread filled with cream cheese.
