This tablespoon of McCormick's Supreme Salad Seasoning gives this vinegar pasta salad a special boost. If you've never used this seasoning mix before, you should definitely try it. I use it in many of my pasta salad recipes!

Also, a tip to make it Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is that the dressing will firm up a bit after it cools in the refrigerator. Sometimes I make a little extra dressing if I take this dish for an event.

I pour the extra vinaigrette on top and stir to combine just before serving. It is not completely necessary but it helps to relax things a little!

As much as I like the crunchiness of these dill pickles, I also love the creaminess of the vinaigrette and cheese.

I used to make cubed cheese in this salad but I find that I like it much better grated. It really adds something special to this dill pickle pasta salad recipe!
