DIY nasal rinse solution (sinus)

If you've never used sinus flushing, doctors highly recommend them. My doctor told me that when he thought he was starting to have a sinus infection, he used a rinse once or twice a day, which greatly reduced the severity of the sinus infection.

If you are not sure if you have a sinus infection… if you have a cold that is not going to go away and a dull pain in your forehead (lean forward and you will feel it instantly), then you probably have sinus infection.

Sinus rinses are also great for people who have chronic allergy problems.
