The texture of these ginger molasses cookies is so perfect. I want each cookie to be so dense, fluffy and tasty! It's really hard to eat a single cookie, but honestly, I don't even try. I usually make these cookies during the holidays and it's a recipe I can't wait to start around September.
As much as I love the really decadent Christmas cookies and treats, I love the simplicity of these sweet ginger molasses cookies.
The wonderful flavor thanks to the spices and molasses in the recipe. These are not your average ginger molasses cookies, they are much better.
