These Jello Easter eggs are a fun, easy-to-prepare treat for your children or grandchildren for Easter. Let the kids choose their favorite Jello flavors and let them help you prepare them.

Jello Easter eggs


2 packs Knox Unflavoured Gelatin
16 ounces. pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 C. boiling water
1 C. Cold water

Mix all the ingredients well. Spray the inside of plastic Easter eggs (the kind you put candy and toys for your kids to find at Easter) with cooking spray.

Dip the eggs in the Jello mixture to fill them. Refrigerate until set, then remove the plastic from the eggs. Yields 6 to 12 eggs depending on the size of the plastic eggs.
