Vinegar is a great, inexpensive cleaner for most kitchen floors. It is non-toxic and it is an excellent natural disinfectant and deodorant. I love using homemade cleaners that cost less and clean very well too.

Vinegar can be used to clean linoleum, tiles, vinyl and wood floors.

My favorite tip for cleaning kitchen floors by wiping them with vinegar. One of my favorite kitchen floor cleaning hacks!

You can use this vinegar solution with most mops. Here are the 5 best mops for kitchen floors.

Sweep your floor first to remove any excess dirt. In your mop bucket, add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to 1 gallon of warm water. You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the vinegar mixture. Vinegar can be used to clean on its own, but it can damage the finish of your floor if it is not diluted with water.

Mop one small section of the floor at a time, rinsing the mop between sections. There is no need to rinse the floor after cleaning and the vinegar will not leave any lingering odor. Here are my 5 favorite quick cleaning tips.
